Human geographer and applied political economist with experience across UN/development policy, evaluation/research leadership, and computational social science. Current work centers on AI as agrarian governance infrastructure—with a research agenda building auditable, governance-by-design LLM pipelines and evaluation protocols for linguistic/epistemic justice. Background includes policy and programme roles (FAO/UNDP/WFP), research collaborations in crop improvement and participatory breeding, and consulting leadership for climate resilience, nutrition governance, and WASH–nutrition integration evaluations.
